JPMorganChase is seeking a senior product leader to drive innovation in Healthcare Payments, building customer-centric solutions and scalable platforms. You will influence cross-functional teams, manage complex data flows, and shape a strategic product roadmap that differentiates our healthcare ecosystem offerings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with technology, risk, and client teams to deliver compliant, high-impact features that meet evolving regulatory and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Experience building healthcare ecosystems and relationships with healthcare ISVs.
• Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for product vision, roadmap execution, risk management, and business growth outcomes, with a focus on healthcare integrations leveraged by clients.
• Partners with Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance/Legal, and client-facing teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes across complex, regulated payment and data flows.
• Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new capabilities/methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, reliability, and scalability.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
• Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
