Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred (MHA, MBA).
• Proven experience in medical practice management, preferably pathology, laboratory, or diagnostic services.
• Experience providing executive-level administrative or chief-of-staff-type support.
• Strong budgeting, staffing, and vendor-relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership, including the VP of Pharmacy Operations and leadership team.
• Oversee pathology practice management, budgeting, staffing, regulatory readiness, and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-entity initiatives between pathology, pharmacy, and corporate leadership.
• Ensure compliant, efficient operations and strategic alignment with corporate objectives.
