HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Division Director of Operations for Pathology Services to oversee daily operations across the Continental and MidAmerica Divisions.

The role drives standardized processes, staffing, and performance metrics for pathology programs. The position requires leadership of hospital-based pathology operations, collaboration with executive stakeholders, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with CAP and other standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business.
• Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Three years’ supervisory experience in hospital-based programs or physician practice management of multiple locations.
• Effective working knowledge of healthcare financial management and third party reimbursement.
• Physician practice operations experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations for pathology programs across divisions.
• Develop standardized operations processes and staffing plans.
• Monitor financial performance and budgeting processes.
• Coordinate monthly MORs, quality reporting and strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities to expand hospital-based services scope.
• Ensure timely, accurate case reporting and billing inputs.
• Promote CAP standards compliance and quality reviews.
• Foster multidisciplinary collaboration and physician engagement.
• Support audits and evaluations of clinical guideline compliance.
