Job summary

myPlace Health seeks an Executive Director to lead a market with full accountability for strategy, operations, culture, growth, participant experience, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. You will work with the Executive Medical Director and national teams to deliver high-quality care in a value-based model.

You will build and guide a diverse market team, ensure regulatory compliance, and align market goals with SCAN and PACE requirements while driving growth and improving outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Gerontology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, care delivery, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum of 7 years of supervisory, managerial, or executive leadership experience.
• Passion for serving high-risk, vulnerable older adults.
• Leadership experience building, scaling, growing, or turning around care delivery businesses or clinical units.
• Understanding of or experience leading care management within PACE, Medicaid managed care, or Medicare Advantage models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive operating leader for the market with accountability for strategy, planning, operations, participant experience, compliance, and overall performance outcomes.
• Partner with local and national clinical and operational leadership to drive high-quality care, strong clinical outcomes, participant satisfaction, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing, diverse market team to support excellent care delivery and sustainable market success.
• Establish, communicate, and model a clear operating strategy and culture vision that promotes accountability, engagement, service excellence, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with national leadership to implement, optimize, and sustain infrastructure, systems, and processes for market performance.
• Represent the organization externally by building relationships with providers, community partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
