Job summary

Clearview Outpatient in San Diego seeks an Executive Director to lead the outpatient practice's development and day-to-day operations for IOP and PHP. You will supervise teams, manage admissions, and ensure clinically excellent, client-centered care across the network.

The role requires a masters degree with licensure (LISW/LPCC/LPC-MHSP/LCSW/LMFT) and at least five years of senior behavioral health leadership, preferably in a corporate managed care setting.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and an active license to practice (LISW/LPCC/LPC-MHSP/LCSW/LMFT)
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership in behavioral health
• Experience in corporate managed care environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical programs and operational objectives for growth
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, contracts, and laws
• Oversee admissions, clinical operations, and patient rights
• Lead PI initiatives, monitor KPIs, and adjust operations to meet goals
• Supervise staff and promote collaboration across departments
