Job summary

Clearview Outpatient seeks an experienced Outpatient Executive Director to oversee clinical care quality and program operations at the San Ramon site. You will supervise clinicians, lead DBT programming, and collaborate with the CEO to ensure compliant, high-quality outpatient services.

Responsibilities include clinical oversight, discharge planning, scheduling, and coordination with revenue and compliance teams to ensure financial and regulatory success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Must hold current professional license (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/psychologist).
• DBT training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to clinicians in individual and group settings.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for DBT within the program.
• Coordinate with CEO for overall administration of outpatient services and scheduling.
