This role ensures seamless execution of events, programs, and administrative functions, supporting the Board of Directors and committees in fulfilling the Association’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic and operational plans developed by the Board
• Coordinate meetings, events, venues, and logistics
• Manage event communications and marketing activities
• Serve as liaison to the Board and prepare agendas and materials
• Maintain website content and social media platforms
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial reports
• Ensure timely tax filings and nonprofit compliance
• Maintain organizational records and bylaws
• Track registrations, sponsorships, and payments
• Oversee records, governance, and access to materials
