Reporting to the President of the Managed Services Division, the Senior Vice President of Operations (SVP) is a strategic, client-savvy executive responsible for leading a $500M+ multi-client, global portfolio of premier corporate accounts.This transformational leader will serve as the relationship link between Restaurant Associates, our valued clients, and our associates. The SVP is an experienced thought leader with proven strategic and operational capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to operate confidently at the highest levels of the organization while remaining connected to the frontline workforce. In this senior leadership role, the SVP will shape and execute business strategy while organizing, collaborating, and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and measurable results.
