Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive hospitality leadership.
• Minimum 5 years in a Director of Operations or senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field is preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple resort departments including housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all resort departments.
• Oversee guest services, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, and F&B.
• Drive profitability through budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
• Lead facilities, safety, and risk management programs.
• Champion guest service excellence and staff engagement.
• Mentor and develop department leaders and staff.
