Job summary

Ovation Healthcare seeks a Senior Director, Operations & Implementation (ruralMED) to translate business priorities into coordinated execution across Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and internal teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, supply chain, consulting, client implementation, project management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or client implementations.
• Experience working with hospital or health system leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the executive team supporting key business priorities and initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes while facilitating alignment across leadership and key internal & external partners.
• Identify emerging risks, issues, and dependencies and provide analyses, recommendations, and updates to support clients, networks, and leadership decision-making.
• Prepare analyses, updates, recommendations, and materials that support leadership discussions and decision-making.
• Lead complex projects for new and existing clients, including project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and accountabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and continuity from sales through implementation, stabilization, and transition to ongoing account management.
• Lead client network status meetings, progress updates, issue resolution, and escalation of significant implementation risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, tools, workflows, and handoffs and develop scalable practices that improve the current and future offerings.
• Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the business line, using implementation and performance data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
