Job summary

Summit Healthcare Staffing LLC in Brooklyn seeks a visionary Director of Operations to lead daily agency operations, oversee intake/coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance in NY. Reporting to executive leadership, you will optimize workflows, supervise managers, and drive performance across MLTC, EVV, and billing while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

This on-site role requires deep knowledge of NYS DOH regulations, bilingual coordination, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in LHCSA operations in NY with at least 3 years in director-level role.
• Deep knowledge of NYS DOH regulations and MLTC contracts.
• Experience with EVV compliance and Medicaid waiver programs.
• Familiarity with home care management platforms (HHAeXchange, CareTime) and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize LHCSA daily operations including intake, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and QA with survey readiness and CQI programs.
• Mentor and manage departmental managers and coordinators; promote high accountability culture.
• Oversee labor utilization, billing reconciliation, EVV, and payroll accuracy; drive automation.
