Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management or operations experience in home care, home health, healthcare, staffing, or a related field.
• Experience supervising office staff and managing daily operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling, staffing, and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with New Jersey home care regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with home care software, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, client services, and office workflows.
• Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Track operational metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Supervise and support office staff, including schedulers and recruiter.
• Conduct employee coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Hold regular team meetings to review staffing needs and operational priorities.
• Promote a professional, accountable, and customer-focused work environment.
• Ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality care and service.
• Oversee caregiver scheduling and coverage to minimize missed visits.
• Address client, family, and caregiver concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to support care plan implementation and ongoing client needs.
• Ensure compliance with New Jersey Health Care Service Firm regulations and agency policies.
• Maintain accurate client, caregiver, and personnel records.
• Monitor documentation, authorizations, timesheets, and EVV records.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.
• Support agency readiness for state inspections and licensing reviews.
