Near North Health in Chicago seeks an Executive Director of Enterprise Risk and Compliance to lead the organization's compliance, risk management, and privacy programs. The role reports to the CEO with a direct line to the Board on key issues and governance matters.

The holder will implement robust controls, partner cross-functionally, and drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Your Role

The Executive Director of Enterprise Risk and Compliance leads the organization's compliance, enterprise risk, risk management, and privacy functions. The position maintains a compliance program that meets federal and state requirements and an enterprise risk framework that identifies, assesses, and reports the organization's material risks to leadership and the Board. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Executive Director is positioned with the independence the function requires: an administrative reporting line to the Chief Executive Officer and a functional reporting line to the Board of Directors, with direct access to the Board Chair on any matter involving a member of the executive team.

Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
