Near North Health in Chicago seeks an Executive Director of Enterprise Risk and Compliance to lead the organization's compliance, risk management, and privacy programs. The role reports to the CEO with a direct line to the Board on key issues and governance matters.

The holder will implement robust controls, partner cross-functionally, and drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Experience leading enterprise risk and compliance programs.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and board.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance, enterprise risk, risk management and privacy functions.
• Maintain a program that meets federal/state requirements.
• Identify, assess and report material risks to leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with CEO and Board to drive risk-informed decisions.
