Strengthen communication and collaboration across departments and ensure staff understand organizational priorities and their role in achieving them. Coach and support direct reports, establish clear expectations, and build leadership capacity throughout the organization. Promote an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver high-quality services.
  • Program, Clinical & Operational Oversight Provide strategic oversight of the organization’s healthcare, behavioral health, prevention, case management, and social service programs. • Community Relations, Advocacy & External Affairs Serve as a visible, credible ambassador for the organization and a passionate advocate for the communities it serves. Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare systems, government agencies, funders, elected officials, and other partners. Represent the organization thoughtfully in a complex and evolving political, regulatory, and funding environment. Increase the organization’s visibility and strengthen its position as a trusted community and health equity leader. Serve as an effective spokesperson across diverse audiences and platforms.
