The YMCA of South Palm Beach County is seeking a Vice President of Financial Development to lead comprehensive fundraising strategies, annual and capital campaigns, endowment and grants, and donor engagement. This senior role drives philanthropy across the association and partners with the CEO and Board to align fundraising with mission.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 7–10 years of experience in nonprofit development.
Proven track record in fundraising leadership, including major gifts and campaigns.
Strong leadership and team-management experience.
Exceptional relationship-building with donors, boards and partners.
Knowledge of campaign strategies, planned giving, and donor databases.

Responsabilités

Develops long- and short-term fundraising strategies aligned with the Y’s vision.
Leads annual campaigns, major gifts, endowment, capital campaigns, and events.
Oversees grant strategy, reporting, and compliance with foundations/government bodies.
Builds and mentors a high-performing fundraising team.
Represents the Y to the Board, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
