YMCA of South Palm Beach County is seeking a Vice President of Financial Development to drive all aspects of fundraising, from major gifts to capital campaigns and grant programs. The role leads the fundraising team, partners with the CEO and Board, and advances donor engagement and community partnerships to strengthen the organization’s mission.

The VPFD will oversee endowment efforts, foundation relationships, and reporting, while ensuring ethical financial development practices and alignment

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in nonprofit development or related field.
• 7–10 years of fundraising and development experience.
• Proven track record in major gifts, campaigns, and grants.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent relationship-building with donors, boards, and partners.
• Ability to align development with the YMCA's mission.
