YMCA of South Palm Beach County is seeking a visionary Vice President of Financial Development to lead fundraising strategy and drive mission impact. This executive role oversees annual and capital campaigns, endowment, planned giving, and grant programs while building strong donor and foundation partnerships.

You will lead high-performing teams, align development with the YMCA's mission, cultivate relationships with board members and community partners, and advance donor engagement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years in nonprofit development.
• Proven track record in leading fundraising initiatives and major gifts.
• Experience with capital campaigns and endowment programs.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to engage donors, boards, and community partners.
• Knowledge of grants from foundations and government agencies.
