Dress for Success Worldwide in New York City is seeking an Executive Director for Greater New York City. This senior role leads strategy, fundraising, external affairs, and operations to expand impact, revenue, and sustainability. The ED will foster partnerships with corporate leaders, foundations, and government agencies, driving growth across program strategy and stakeholder engagement. The position blends on-site leadership with collaborative, network-wide initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in nonprofit management or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year strategy for GNYC growth, impact, revenue, and sustainability.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with corporate leaders, foundations, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Partner with Worldwide Development to implement local revenue strategies including donor cultivation and sponsorships.
• Identify and cultivate funding opportunities to support growth and sustainability.
• Represent Dress for Success at conferences, forums, and coalitions; lead investor and donor engagement.
