Qualifications

• Proven experience in nonprofit management with a focus on program development, fundraising, and partnership management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Global Ambassador Program, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and support of ambassadors.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations, corporations, and individuals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support WEDO's programs and initiatives.
