Job summary

Silver Birch Living in Mansfield, OH is seeking compassionate nurses to join our brand-new assisted living community. You’ll support residents’ health, safety, and well-being, delivering high-quality care and fostering a warm, welcoming home.

As part of the clinical team, you’ll assess residents, administer medications, educate families, and mentor CMAs and CNAs. We value kindness, teamwork, and career growth, with opportunities to be part of something new and meaningful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Ohio LPN or RN license (in good standing).
• CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident assessments, including admissions, transfers, discharges, and change-in-condition reviews.
• Monitor resident health, including vital signs and post-incident follow-ups.
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and wellness needs.
• Support and guide CMAs and CNAs throughout each shift.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure the best possible care.
