Job summary

NCUS TEC, part of The National Center for Urban Solutions, seeks an Executive Director to lead operations of a nationally accredited career college serving multiple campuses and high‑demand industries. You will drive accreditation readiness, policy development, and scalable systems to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have executive leadership experience within a postsecondary or similar educational enterprise.
• Demonstrated ability to build organizational infrastructure, scalable systems, and lead through growth and change.
• Strong understanding of accreditation, regulatory compliance, Title IV readiness, and postsecondary administration.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships with employers, higher education institutions, workforce agencies, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
• Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, strategic planning, organizational performance, and resource allocation.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead through ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
