Job summary

NCUS TEC is seeking an administrator to support the SVP in evaluating faculty and staff, budgeting, grant development, and program compliance while handling student concerns and strategic initiatives. You will assist in daily operations and help coordinate events across campuses.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in education or related field, with at least two years of teaching or supervision experience. Travel to branch locations bi-weekly and proficiency in MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or Educational Leadership or related field.
Two or more years of teaching or supervision experience.
Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide support in evaluation, budgeting, grant development, program compliance, student concerns, and daily operations.
Student Services: Coordinate retention efforts, enrollment management, and partnerships to support employment after training.
Facility Management: Oversee campus facilities, maintenance, safety, and space allocation.
Event Coordination: Organize orientation sessions and community outreach events.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and assist in emergency planning.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and student services; facilitate inter-departmental communication.
Staff Supervision: Guide staff, foster collaboration, and hold regular meetings with department heads.
