Job summary

Centura College Norfolk is seeking a Campus Executive Director to lead the campus’s strategic, academic, and financial performance. You will shape enrollment growth, drive student success, and manage two campus locations with travel as needed, reporting to corporate leadership.

The role requires five years of post-secondary education management, strong stakeholder relationships, and a track record of ensuring compliance, accountability, and operational excellence while building a high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum of five years of management experience in post-secondary education.
• Experience managing leaders across Admissions, Financial Aid, Student & Career Success, Compliance and Education/Academics.
• Demonstrated ownership of academic quality and student experience.
• Experience operating in a matrix organization with dotted-line corporate leadership.
• Proven success managing revenue, P&L, budgeting and financial performance.
• Track record of improving student outcomes (retention, graduation, placement).
• Working knowledge of Title IV, Title IX, accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage two campus locations with regular travel between sites.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to work outside regular shifts, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L accountability, revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial sustainability.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans and enrollment forecasts.
• Lead campus leadership teams to achieve enrollment, retention, graduation and placement goals.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement and resource optimization.
• Oversee facilities, capital planning and investments; evaluate expansion opportunities.
• Directly manage the Director of Education and ensure academic quality and student outcomes.
• Lead accreditation visits, audits, regulatory reviews and compliance reporting.
• Partner with corporate leaders to align with institutional standards and initiatives.
• Recruit, develop and retain campus leaders; build succession planning.
• Foster a high-performing, mission-driven culture focused on accountability and service.
