Union Square Events, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the museum's restaurant, bar, cafe, and event operations in New York. This role partners with an executive culinary leadership team to set service standards and hospitality culture, ensuring exceptional experiences across all venues.

The position requires senior-level leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• 7+ years leading multi-functional teams in restaurants, bars, events, or luxury environments.
• 2-3 years of Director-level or multi-unit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the F&B management team and front-line staff to deliver guest experiences.
• Own the F&B P&L and present financial results to clients and leadership.
• Oversee operations across restaurant, bar, café, and events.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and operating plans with revenue, labor, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and regulatory requirements.
