Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking an Events Director to manage all aspects of high-profile restaurant events. You will lead client communications, coordinate across internal teams, and oversee on-site setup to deliver exceptional experiences in New York City.

The role requires 7+ years in restaurant event settings, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and deep knowledge of diverse cuisines, beverages, and wine/spirits. Competitive compensation and extensive benefits are offered.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications related to the production of events, ensuring the highest quality experience.
• Create repeat business by cultivating solid relationships throughout and beyond the event-planning process.
• Review inquiries, obtain necessary information, and seek clarification as needed.
• Ensure all internal departments are clear on client expectations so services are continuous and accurate.
• Oversee event set-up and on-site service, liaising between clients and on-site team leaders to ensure success from start to finish.
