Hillcrest Platte County (HPC) seeks an Executive Director to guide mission advancement, organizational performance, and financial sustainability. This Christ-centered nonprofit serves homeless and housing-insecure individuals in Platte County, MO, and works with five director-level leaders under a supportive Board of Directors.

The role requires mature faith, executive capability, and a commitment to serving people in need.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership at senior level in nonprofit or mission-driven settings.
• Proven fundraising success with major donors and grants.
• Experience working with a governing board and executive oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and translate board priorities into operating plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial stewardship with internal controls and audits.
• Lead fundraising initiatives across individuals, foundations, and churches.
• Represent HPC publicly to donors, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Manage senior leaders, hiring, development, succession planning, and performance.
• Ensure program quality, compliance, risk management, and organizational sustainability.
