Job summary

Quest Center for Integrative Health seeks an Executive Director to act as the organization’s top executive, reporting to the Board of Directors. You will guide strategic direction, lead programs, operations, fundraising, advocacy, and community partnerships, while upholding mission and values in Multnomah and Clackamas counties.

The role demands inclusive leadership, transparency, and long-term organizational health.

Qualifications

• Lead a nonprofit with strong focus on health/behavioral health or related human services.
• Proven ability to fundraise, write grants, secure sponsorships and develop resources.
• Experience supervising staff and working with a Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and implement the board-approved strategic direction.
• Oversee organizational management, staffing, development, and performance systems.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial risk management; ensure compliance.
