Executive Director
Crestone Peak Community Housing (CPCH) is seeking an experienced, community minded executive director to lead its mission to develop affordable housing and advance economic development in the Crestone/Baca community. CPCH operates Living Wisdom Village (LWV), 20 units of affordable rental housing for adults 55 and older.
Working closely with the board of directors, the executive director sets strategic direction, oversees day-to-day operations of LWV, manages budgets, leads fundraising, and manages strict grant compliance. The position also includes supervising part-time staff and serving as liaison for tenant and community relations.
Onboarding for this position begins in November 2026, and the position is budgeted for 25 hours per week in 2027; compensation is based on experience and skills.
