Job summary

WohmM in Duvall, WA seeks an Executive Director to lead its vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations for a mission-driven nonprofit focused on healing, empowerment, and community change.

You will oversee programs, budgets, staff and volunteers, nurture partnerships, drive fundraising, manage communications, and collaborate with the board to advance impact with transparency and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in nonprofits, social enterprises, or mission-driven organizations.
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting to support sustainable growth.
• Experience in community engagement, partnership building, and stakeholder relations.
• Strong communication skills including public speaking and writing.
• Background in fundraising, donor relations, grants, or development strategy.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed or healing-centered practices.
• Ability to supervise staff and volunteers and foster collaboration.
• Comfort with hybrid work and use of digital collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
