The ideal candidate will have a track record in leading large nonprofit teams, strong fund-raising capabilities, and a commitment to community impact, equity, and resilience.

Qualifications

• Excellent coalition building skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills as a spokesperson.
• Experience leading large, complex nonprofit organizations or community action agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization with strategic direction and external representation.
• Oversee fundraising strategies and diversify revenue.
• Ensure fiscal accountability, program integrity and evaluation.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative work environment and staff development.
