AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking an Associate Director for Network Project/Program Management within the RIS I contract in Columbia, Maryland. This role directs project teams, ensures on-time delivery, and maintains quality across end-user devices and network services.

The position requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 12–15 years of PM experience, and a master’s degree or equivalent. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered, with a 40-hour week onsite in Columbia.

Qualifications

• Twelve to fifteen years of project management experience in complex programs.
• Experience supporting federal government or intelligence contracts is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Bachelor’s or higher degrees, with advanced degrees considered equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and execution oversight for network-related initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical, program, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure schedules, budgets, and SLAs meet contractual requirements and customer needs.
• Develop and deliver executive-level status reports and briefings.
• Drive process improvements and operational readiness across the RIS I program.
