The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Executive Director experience in an assisted living setting and 5 years in memory care, plus a bachelor's degree and strong sales and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Community.
• 5+ years of experience working with Memory Care.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Memory Care Assisted Living.
• Collaborate with department heads, hire and supervise staff.
• Facilitate company policies and procedures to maintain a safe community for staff and residents.
