Job summary

Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to lead engaging activities for residents in a memory care assisted living setting. The role is part-time, 9am-5pm on Saturdays on an alternating schedule, with responsibilities toward enriching daily life and supporting the community.

Ideal candidates are dependable, creative, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and comfort coordinating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who can work independently.
• Dependable, reliable and highly motivated in a senior living setting.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working with families in a customer-based senior living environment.
• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.

Responsibilities

• Implements a wide array of programming for residents and keeps residents engaged.
• Supports other departments as needed and completes required paperwork.
