The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director in assisted living and deep memory care knowledge, plus strong leadership, sales and customer service skills. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living and 5 years in Memory Care.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads, hire and supervise staff.

• Apply knowledge of Alzheimer’s and Memory Care processes.
