Bridges by EPOCH in Mashpee, MA, seeks an Executive Director to lead our Memory Care Assisted Living community. The role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and a strong focus on high-quality resident care and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years as an Executive Director in assisted living and 5 years in Memory Care, with a proven track record in organizational leadership, sales, and delivering exceptional service in senior living.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Community.
• 5 years of Memory Care experience.

Responsibilities

• The responsibilities are to oversee, plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of our Memory Care Assisted Living.
• This position works in conjunction with department heads, hires and supervises staff.
• The Executive Director facilitates company policies and procedures for maintaining a safe community for staff and residents.
• Candidates must have strong knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and the Memory Care process.

Qualifications

• We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Community and 5 years of experience working with Memory Care.
• The ideal candidate will be professional, dynamic and innovative with operational strategies.
• Must have strong decision-making skills, superior leadership abilities and excellent customer service skills.
• Must be sales savvy. Candidates must exhibit a high level of quality, commitment and desire for working in the Senior Living Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
