Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Memory Care Assisted Living community. This full-time role offers the chance to guide high-quality care within a premier senior living network.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director in assisted living and deep memory care knowledge, plus strong leadership, sales and customer service skills. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• The responsibilities are to oversee, plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of our Memory Care Assisted Living.
• This position works in conjunction with department heads, hires and supervises staff.
• The Executive Director facilitates company policies and procedures for maintaining a safe community for staff and residents.
• Candidates must have strong knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and the Memory Care process.

Qualifications

• We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Community and 5 years of experience working with Memory Care.
• The ideal candidate will be professional, dynamic and innovative with operational strategies.
• Must have strong decision-making skills, superior leadership abilities and excellent customer service skills.
• Must be sales savvy. Candidates must exhibit a high level of quality, commitment and desire for working in the Senior Living Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
