Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of the Charleston community, ensuring resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and build partnerships with residents, families, and staff to deliver compassionate care and strong occupancy.

Flexible hours, weekend coverage required; 30–40 hours weekly; annual salary around $80,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 2 years management experience.
• 2 years of Memory Care experience required
• Any and all licenses in good standing.
• Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position.
• Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct overall operations of the Community in accordance with resident's needs, government regulations, and Villas of Holly Brook policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meet the financial goals within the established budgetary guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, State hospitals and general public.
• Demonstrate compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Work as part of a team and as an individual.
• Uphold Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting.
