Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook in Bloomington, IL seeks an Executive Director for full-time management of operations and resident services. Must communicate with residents, families, staff, and authorities while leading budgeting and financial reporting.

The role requires memory care experience, an associate degree and flexible hours with weekends. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 2 years management experience.
• 2 years of Memory Care experience required.
• Any and all licenses in good standing.
• Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position.
• Weekends required.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, State hospitals and general public.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
• Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
• Practice and promote Villas of Holly Brook Policy and Procedures, Mission Statement.
• Computer-Intermediate word and data processing, spreadsheet
• Negotiation and conflict management skills
• Business skills-budgeting, soft sales, marketing
• Ability to work will with all levels of employees
• Coaching/mentoring/development
• Complex resident relationships-persuasive, diplomatic, manage conflict
• Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets.
