Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is seeking an Activities Director in Charleston, IL. The role manages the monthly event calendar, coordinates resident activities, and supports community outreach while serving as manager-on-duty.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to drive as needed. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Clear spoken communication and positive attitude required.
• Ability to manage performance and document conversations as guided.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to drive company/personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly event calendar and move-in actions for residents using software.
• Develop and modify community events according to resident interests.
• Publish engaging monthly program calendar by the 15th of each month.
• Oversee all aspects of the Activities program within budget.
• Motivate residents to participate in programs and activities.
• Contribute to community growth through sales activities and PR.
• Maintain department budgets and operations as manager-on-duty.
• Coordinate resident transportation and outside events logistics.
• Recruits, trains, and supervises volunteers where applicable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
