Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is required.
• Seven (7) years of progressive leadership growth in the healthcare industry is required.
• Experience in administrative roles within applicable departments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of the annual business plan for the Service Line.
• Collaborates with Medical Staff Leadership to optimize resources and achieve goals.
• Ensures efficient operations across physician practices and hospital services.
• Develops physician incentive programs to drive performance.
• Identifies market opportunities and service extensions.
• Collaborates on marketing/public relations to enhance image as a surgical services provider.
• Uses metrics to report to medical leadership and improve clinical processes.
• Develops financial and performance reports to guide management decisions.
• Drives patient/customer satisfaction programs.
• Oversees Service Line finances to meet revenue and budgeting targets.
• Manages budgeting and cost containment for capital and operating expenses.
• Partners with hospital leadership to align with the organization's mission.
• Implements strategies to stay competitive in managed care.
• Represents the Service Line at community events and professional meetings.
• Manages procurement, licensing, and research activities of the Service Line.
• Ensures proper staffing and professional development.
• Coordinates Quality Improvement programs for the Service Line.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Advocates the mission and values of the Service Line.
• Maintains collaborative relationships to achieve goals.
• Hires, motivates, and supervises personnel.
• Identifies performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Analyzes volume trends and recommends program improvements.
• Develops and implements marketing plans for service promotion.
• Ensures facilities and support services are efficient.
