The role emphasizes budgeting, performance analytics, and collaboration with Medical Staff Leadership to optimize patient care and service line growth. A strong background in healthcare administration is required.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
• Seven years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Ten years of progressive leadership in healthcare (preferred).
• Experience leading multiple departments and budgets.

Mansioni

• Provide executive leadership and operational oversight across orthopedics, rehab medicine, podiatry, and neurosurgery service lines.
• Coordinate with department Chairs and service line executives to align strategic plans.
• Develop annual business plans to meet market share, budget, revenue, and patient visit goals.
• Administer physician financial incentive programs and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with external affairs to advance marketing and public relations strategies.
