Job summary

Artiva Biotherapeutics Inc. seeks a Sr./Executive Director of Medical Communications Publications to lead end-to-end publication strategy across AlloNK and related programs.

This hands-on leader will translate clinical data in rheumatology, cell therapy, and immunology into compliant, high-impact communications. You will shape strategy and actively build a team while delivering results, working at the interface of R&D and Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in medical communications/publications within biotech/pharma.
• Deep understanding of rheumatology, immunology or cell therapies.
• Strong knowledge of ICMJE, GPP and Sunshine Act disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Lead publication planning and strategy for rheumatology, immunology and cell therapy.
• Coordinate data dissemination with Clinical Development and Medical Affairs.
• Ensure alignment with GPP and ICMJE authorship rules.
• Oversee drafting, editing and medical review of publications and congress materials.
• Manage external agencies, writers and budgets for timely deliverables.
• Plan pre/post-congress communications for major meetings (ACR, EULAR, ISSJD).
• Develop congress materials including symposia content and booth activities.
