Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director, Publications, to join our Medical Affairs team. You will lead cross-functional and alliance-wide publication strategy for assigned assets, directing publication plans and ensuring high-quality data communication across therapeutic areas.

You will manage external agencies, oversee budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, while driving process improvements within the publication function.

Qualificações

• Doctorate scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) with 7+ years in medical communications/publications management.
• Minimum 3 years independently leading cross-functional publication plans across therapeutic areas.
• Experience managing external agency partners and publication vendors, including budget oversight and SOW management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional and alliance-wide publications teams.
• Oversee publication plans and projects with senior management.
• Define and build consensus on literature terms and gap analyses to support publication strategy.
• Develop pub plans and medical communication strategy.
• Partner with procurement for agency selection and performance management.
• Account for agency budgets, SOWs, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Manage writers/agencies to complete execution on schedule.
• Ensure alignment on scientific content and author materials; coordinate kick-off meetings.
