Job summary

The National MS Society is seeking an Executive Director to lead major gifts and partnerships within the West Region (Arizona-New Mexico-Nevada). This role drives donor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through corporate partnerships, peer-to-peer events, and personalized donor journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven Individual Giving experience with 6-7 figure gifts.
• Expertise in AI, predictive analytics, and CRM tools for donor journey mapping and forecasting.
• Experience leading innovative community event fundraising and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a market expert to generate leads across major gifts, partnerships, and events.
• Manage volunteer leaders within chapter boards and regional initiatives.
• Lead frontline fundraising to meet Development department revenue goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support local execution.
