The National MS Society’s West Region—Colorado, Utah, Wyoming Chapter seeks a seasoned fundraising director to plan and execute high-impact donor events. You will drive revenue through sponsorships, table sales, and major gifts while aligning execution with brand and mission.

This market-based role requires up to 50% community engagement, regional travel, and collaboration with AVP to report pacing and risks. A strong track record in donor relations and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, or communications.
• 4+ years of progressive fundraising experience with a proven track record.
• Proven donor pipeline management and major gifts experience.
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of galas, auctions, and donor events to meet revenue goals.
• Serve as market lead for campaigns, focusing on donor cultivation and revenue.
• Translate national models into local donor experiences aligned with brand and budget.
• Use CRM dashboards to track performance and adjust tactics.
• Coordinate activity with peers and support donor engagement across teams.
