National MS Society seeks a dynamic fundraiser to lead the planning and execution of high-impact donor events across the West Region. The role drives revenue through sponsorships, tickets, and major gifts while ensuring brand-aligned, optimal event experiences.

You will manage regional campaigns, cultivate major gifts, and translate national models into compelling local experiences. Strong leadership and CRM expertise are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in nonprofit management, business, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Demonstrated success managing donor pipelines and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce) and data-driven reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of galas, auctions, and donor events to meet revenue goals.
• Serve as market lead fundraiser for assigned campaigns and donor cultivation.
• Translate national fundraising models into local experiences that align with brand and budget.
• Report on pacing and risks with the AVP and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate frontline activity and support peer fundraisers to ensure donor-centric execution.
• Utilize CRM dashboards to track performance and inform strategy.
