Job summary

National MS Society seeks an Executive Director to lead major gifts, corporate partnerships, and peer-to-peer fundraising across the Northeast Region. You will mobilize volunteers, build a strong donor pipeline, and drive revenue growth while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include leading fundraising strategy, managing chapter boards, and leveraging data-driven insights to forecast donor trends and optimize engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven nonprofit leadership with increasing responsibility and major gifts.
• Experience using AI, predictive analytics, and CRM tools to map donor journeys.
• Track record in data-driven fundraising and donor retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads organization-wide through Individual Giving, Corporate Partnerships and Foundations.
• Manage volunteer leaders within chapter boards and regional events.
• Serve as a frontline fundraiser to help meet revenue goals for the Development department.
• Collaborate across teams to align local execution with organizational strategy.
