Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for a premier San Jose community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will oversee operations, finance, resident experience and regulatory compliance, supported by regional and corporate partners.

The role requires RCFE or Healthcare Administrator licensure, a strong leadership presence, and a track record in budgeting, occupancy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; RCFE or Healthcare Administrator license active.
• Experience leading a senior living community with licensing compliance.
• Proven track record in budgeting, occupancy and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Lead performance in occupancy, revenue, budgeting, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Recruit, develop and inspire department leaders; foster accountability and hospitality.
• Serve as the visible community leader, building relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with RCFE regulations and company standards.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and leadership development across all departments.
• Partner with sales and marketing to support occupancy goals and market presence.
• Oversee resident care, wellness services, dining and life enrichment programs.
• Analyze operational and workforce metrics to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Provide on-call leadership for a 24-hour operation.
