Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an Executive Director / Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Connecticut to provide strategic leadership for a premier nonprofit skilled nursing facility. The role oversees daily operations, drives high-quality resident care, and ensures regulatory compliance while managing fiscal resources and cultivating a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

The position requires an active LNHA license in CT, proven executive leadership in SNF settings, and strong

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LNHA license in Connecticut.
• Proven executive or administrator leadership in skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of CT state health dept codes and CMS regulations.
• Experience in budget development, cost management and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Clear judgment and problem-solving for operational, clinical and staffing issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to all facility departments and foster collaboration.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality care and resident outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with CT and federal regulations governing nursing facilities.
• Develop and manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture and staff retention.
• Engage with residents and families to support resident-centered care and satisfaction.
• Lead quality assurance, regulatory audits, risk management, and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in community engagement and other duties as assigned.
